Gordana Muškardin

Attorney-at-law Gordana Muškardin graduated from the Faculty of Law of Rijeka in 1979. From 1979 to 1983 she worked as apprentice for the District Commercial Court (now Commercial Court of Rijeka). She passed the bar examination in 1982. After 1982 she worked in the Legal Department of Riječka banka (now Erste & Steiermaerkische Bank), and since 12th June 1991 she has been registered in the Register of Attorneys kept with Croatian Bar Association, having the registered seat at Rijeka, now at Cres.

Lada Sacchi

Attorney-at-law Lada Sacchi graduated from the Faculty of Law of Rijeka in 1993 with a thesis in Commercial Law. She passed the bar examination on 21st February 1997, and since 1st January 1998 she has been registered in the Register of Attorneys kept with Croatian Bar Association, having the registered seat at Rijeka. On 16th March 1995 she was appointed court interpreter for the Italian language. She speaks Italian fluently (completed primary and secondary education in Italian), and she actively uses the English language (International Legal English).

Damjan Konestabo

ATTORNEY'S APPRENTICE Damjan Konestabo graduated from the Faculty of Law of Rijeka on 17th February 2009 with a graduate thesis in European Law under the mentorship of prof. Nada Bodiroga-Vukobrat, PhD, with the title "Member State Liability for Violation of EU law", obtaining excellent results. He has been employed at this office since 1st March 2009. He speaks English and Italian fluently (completed primary and secondary education in Italian), and he also has good knowledge of French and Spanish.
