ABOUT OUR OFFICE

The office has been active at Rijeka since 1991, and for almost two decades it has been providing various legal services and advice to clients (equally natural and legal persons), including many different areas of legal practice – mostly those pertaining to the civil law branch, in which we have long years of experience and practice. The office does not deal with criminal law, except in cases of civil law-suits for damages against the offender.

The office mostly deals with property law (jurisdiction in rem, inheritance law and procedure, land registry law), mandatory law (compilation of all kinds of agreements and preliminary agreements; extra-contractual liabilities, i.e. damages), insurance law, labour law (labour disputes and similar), family law (dissolution of marriage, child custody and similar), commercial law, company law (founding of companies and their branch offices, securities, bankruptcy law, liquidation and similar), administrative law, misdemeanour law, distraint law etc.

Communication with clients in Italian and English is available, as well as certified translations by a court interpreter.
